Does Alpine Prep Co. PROVIDE PHOTOS OF product & invoices, what DOES THAT cost?

Yes, our unit cost covers receiving, inspection, photos if damaged, scanning invoices and packing slips if needed, removing labels, and adding labels.

Is there a subscription fee or monthly fee? whats the cost?

We charge a one time fee of $75 for your registration & set up.
This is non refundable.

Do you keep the receipt & invoices? how long do you keep? 

All receipts, invoices, and documents pertaining to your shipments will be held on file with Alpine Prep Co. and discarded on a yearly basis with notification. 

is there a required minimum per shipment?

 No minimum quantity is required.

How to do business with

Once you’re prepared to get started, reach out to us! Upon receiving Registration payment, an introductory email with detailed instructions will be sent your way that will outline the next steps in the process.

What's the turnaround time?

 

Depending on volume, the average turn around is 24 to 48 hours. However we are more than happy to work with you on an alternative shipping plan that best suit your needs.

Do you offer FBM service and the cost? 

Yes, average cost is $3.50 a unit. Larger items may incur an additional fee.

How & when to pay?

We accept PayPal, Cash App, Square, and QuickBooks as payment methods. For the first three shipments, payment is required in advance. Afterward, we can coordinate a customized payment schedule to suit your needs.

Do you offer storage service for products & what will it cost? 

Storage is free for the first 30 days. After this period, a fee of $20 per pallet per month will apply. This charge is only incurred if your inventory remains stationary due to any delays in listing approval.

Can you buy for me in special cases, like when there's a purchase limit? What about the cost?

Yes, we a require upfront payment for all items with an additional fee for purchasing, which varies based on the volume.
